This film was created specifically for you (and me!) to use when we are angry, anxious, fearful, or stressed out — in 8 minutes, we can feel dramatically calm, relaxed and stress free. Follow along with your eyes open or closed and repeat this as many times as you need to feel a deep state of calm. I have used this guided film to calm down after a heated argument, before a big presentation, or after a long busy day.
